Meadowlake Elementary School
Located in Mobile, AL. We installed a new sprinkler system, as well as, HVAC and Electrical Upgrades. This project was completed 4 months early and under budget.

Satsuma High School
Located in Satsuma, AL. We completed HVAC and Electrical Upgrades two months early and under budget.

Two Separate High School Gyms at Different Sites. Completed on-time and under budget

Kings Daughter Medical Center
Located in Brookhaven, MS. For this project there were 10 Phases of construction which included both additions and renovations. We are managing over 120 changes to the contract to date. This amounts to over $1.2 MM in changes to date.We also worked with the owner and engineer to change from 7 phases to 10 phases of construction in order to complete the renovation while the owner continued to occupy the building.

Ben May Library
The renovation of the Mobile Public Library was a historical renovation and addition. There were over 100 changes to original contract and yet again we completed the project on-time and under budget.

USA Cancer Research Institute
There were over 800 Auger Cast Piles and Concrete. We brought the project back from being 4 weeks behind schedule in only 6 weeks of work to being completed on-time which equated to dollars saved. There were over 100 Changes to original contract that we managed. We also built the radiation rooms for the Tomotheraphy System, Cyberknife, and PET/CT Scanner. For this portion of the contract there were over 110 Changes to original contract.
